Job Description:
Perform interviews and assist individuals seeking employment who have been referred from the Ky. Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. Train individuals for job placement on duties to be performed on the job. Follow up on successful placements by providing job coaching to ensure individual has grasp of duties required by employer. In some cases, will assist individual with resume' and interview skills. Offer creative solutions for employers to be able to accomodate needs of the individuals you are trying to place in jobs.

Job Requirements:
Good written and communication skills. Ability to provide training to individuals performing various types of job duties. Organized, energetic, good listener, ability to implement training based on job duties explained by employers. Valid driver's license. Auto insurance policy in effect. Personal vehicle used for local reimbursable mileage while performing job duties. Successful results from TB test and Drug Screening. Acceptable results of background check. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.
